Staff friendly, knowledgeable & multilingual. Nice, spacious rooms with excellent beds. Great breakfast. Convenient location near waterfront & transit lines.

Nothing. It was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and it was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent amenities such as air conditioning and a great shower. The staff, especially Tania, were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for a terrific local restaurant and assisting us with any inquiries we had. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area yet conveniently close to transportation and restaurants. the delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including the mouthwatering donut holes, made our mornings even better.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and helpful staff. They provided excellent communication and were really good too assist with airport transfers and tram passes. The breakfast buffet was a good experience, with fresh orange juice and fluffy cinnamon pastries. The location was conveniently close to attractions and major transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a separate area for luggage and clothing.

We encountered a few drawbacks. One of the rooms had a small and poorly designed bathroom, causing the floor to get soaked during showers.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the Bairro Alto area, where we wanted to go out at night with our friends. It was also conveniently close to a terrific restaurant. The only downside was that the area was quite steep, which made it a bit challenging to walk back to the hotel after a night of partying. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of homemade options. the hotel had a lovely outside terrace where we could relax and enjoy a free coffee in the morning.

The only negative aspect we encountered was that the water in the shower tray tended to fill up, which required some drain cleaner to fix the issue. However, apart from that, everything else about Casa do Bairro was ideal.

I was warmly welcomed by Pedro who gave me a lot of information about touring around the city. The room, though small, was decorated nicely with a window looking out to the ocean. The breakfast had a great selection of homemade breads, pastries, and fresh fruit. The staff was excellent and even helped me celebrate a special occasion with a cake and bubbly at breakfast. I had a wonderful stay at Casa Do Bairro By Shiadu and would highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, coffee and tea in the reception, delicious breakfast with bakery items, cozy atmosphere, unique interior in each room.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the city center, located off the main streets but near some key areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering airport shuttle service and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms were equipped with heating and air conditioning, as well as an in-room safe and free toiletries. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor add to the luxurious feel of this place.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends.
